  • Supply your name, contact information and resume for the career chosen

  • Interact with our recruiting staff to supply any missing information, confirm interest and/or additional details

We will take it from there and work with the client to make sure your name/resume is seen and evaluated!

  • Negotiate offers/demands by employer and candidate

  • Gaining agreement on compensation/benefits package

  • Perform Reference/Background/Drug screening

  • Provide onboarding instructions and guidance

  • Perform periodic quality checks to ensure proper fit and provide any assistance

Huff is required to have each employee complete employment documents to comply with state and federal regulations. Once selected for employment, we will request completion of these forms and return to our corporate office for administrative purposes and safe storage.

NOTE: Each employer may have additional documentation that must be reviewed and signed prior to starting engagement.
